The project consists of two separate pipe crossings and includes demolition and replacement of approximately 60 LF of 84-inch corrugated metal pipe and approximately 60 LF of 72-inch corrugated metal pipe, along with other improvements identified in the plans. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held September 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Thomaston-Upson County Government Complex.
