SCOPE
It is the intent of the Columbus Consolidated Government (City) to establish an annual
contract with a Primary and a Secondary contractor to provide all labor, equipment and
materials for on-call plumbing installation and maintenance services during normal
business hours and after hours on an “as needed basis”, on all buildings and structures
for Columbus Consolidated Government.
The contract term will be for two (2) years with the option to renew for three (3)
additional twelve-month periods.
