Gwinnett County is soliciting competitive informal written quotes from qualified suppliers for the
Purchase of Archive Storage Boxes on an Annual Contract with four (4) options to renew for
various Gwinnett County Departments.
Quotes should be typed or submitted in ink and returned to the Attention of Diana Turner,
Purchasing Associate II. Quotes should be received by 3:00 P.M. November 9, 2026, either by
email Diana.Turner@GwinnettCounty.com or sent to the Gwinnett County Financial Services -
Purchasing Division – 2nd Floor, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046.
Questions regarding quotes should be directed to Diana Turner, Purchasing Associate II at
Diana.Turner@GwinnettCounty.com or by calling 770-822-8727 no later than November 3, 2026.
Quotes are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted.
Successful supplier(s) will be required to meet insurance requirements. The Insurance Company
should be authorized to do business in Georgia by the Georgia Insurance Department and must
have an A.M. Best rating of A-7 or higher.
Gwinnett County does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the admission or access to its

The written quote documents supersede any verbal or written prior communications between the
parties.
Award will be made to the supplier(s) submitting the lowest responsive and responsible quote.
The supplier must provide archive storage boxes meeting specifications: 15"W x 12"D x 10"H, natural tan, two-piece construction with separate lid, double wall construction on all four sides and bottom, handgrips at each end, tapeless assembly, no designs or logos, hold up to 65 pounds with minimum bursting strength of 200 pounds test C flute, retain integrity when stacked 5 high, and be shipped in bundles of 10 with plastic bundling straps on shrink-wrapped pallets. Inside delivery is required to two locations: Gwinnett County Records Management at 455 Grayson Highway, Lawrenceville, GA 30045 and Gwinnett County Clerk of Courts Records Management at 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, GA 30046. The Department of Support Services Records Management anticipates ordering approximately 6,000 boxes during the initial term, and Clerk of Courts Records Management anticipates ordering approximately 2,000 boxes. Minimum orders of at least 10 each may be placed on an 'as needed' basis.
