Construction of Gwinnett County Fire Station #14
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified
contractors for the Construction of Gwinnett County Fire Station #14. Sealed bids will be received by the
Gwinnett County Purchasing Division, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046 until 2:50 P.M. local
time on October 28, 2026 and then publicly opened and read aloud at 3:00 P.M. Any bid received after 2:50
P.M. will not be accepted. The bid opening will be held VIRTUALLY ONLY. To access the meeting, please

outside with Bid Number, name of Bidder, date and time of opening. One unbound original and two (2)
copies should be submitted.
The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the rebuild of Fire Station #14, aging facility at the
end of its useful life. The existing Fire Station #14 is approximately 13,000 square feet, which also includes
the former Police North Precinct facility.
When applicable, the County shall obtain all rights of way and easements required for the project unless
otherwise specified.
