Gwinnett County is soliciting competitive informal written Quotes from qualified service providers for
the Purchase of Medical Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide on an Annual Contract with four (4) one-year
options to renew for the Department of Fire and Emergency Services.
Quotes should be typed or submitted in ink and returned to the Attention of Diana Turner, Purchasing
Associate II. Quotes should be received by 3:00 P.M. September 18, 2026 by email at
Diana.Turner@GwinnettCounty.com or sent to the Gwinnett County Financial Services - Purchasing
Division – 2nd Floor, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046.
Questions regarding quotes should be directed to Diana Turner, Purchasing Associate II at
Diana.Turner@GwinnettCounty.com or by calling 770-822-8727. Quotes are legal and binding upon
the vendor when submitted.
Successful service providers will be required to meet insurance requirements. The Insurance
Company should be authorized to do business in Georgia by the Georgia Insurance Department and
must have an A.M. Best rating of A-7 or higher.
Gwinnett County does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the admission or access to its

The written quote documents supersede any verbal or written prior communications between the
parties.
Award will be made to the service provider submitting the lowest responsive and responsible quote.
The contract covers the purchase of medical oxygen and carbon dioxide, including cylinder rental and refill services. The service provider must supply medical-grade gases manufactured at an FDA-registered facility, comply with CGA and NFPA standards, and deliver to multiple fire station locations in Gwinnett County. The provider must have a fill location within 100 miles of the central warehouse, provide emergency 24-hour delivery, and swap empty cylinders with refilled cylinders on a scheduled basis. Initial required tanks must be provided within 15 business days after award.
