The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified service providers for
the Purchase of Absolute Secure Access Software and Support an Annual Contract for the Department of Information
Technology Services.
Bids should be typed or submitted in ink and returned in a sealed container marked on the outside with the BL# and
Company Name. Bids will be received until 2:50 P.M. local time on September 21, 2026 at the Gwinnett County
Purchasing Office, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046. Any bid received after this date and time will not be
accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 3:00 P.M. This will be a virtual bid opening only. Please use the link

the following business day on our website www.gwinnettcounty.com.

are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted. All bids should be submitted in duplicate.

The scope includes Absolute Secure Access Enterprise SaaS Licensing for 2,385 endpoint devices and Onboarding Adoption Service for 70 units, providing secure remote services for public safety and other County remote environments, including Emergency 911, Water Resources, Parks and Recreation, Animal Welfare and Community Services. The contract has an initial term with four 12-month renewal options.
