All bidders must submit AIA Document A305-2020 Contractor’s Qualifications
Statement to be evaluated by the Owner and Architect prior to being issued plans and
specifications. Bidders who do not submit the A305 Statement will be subject to
disqualification. The A305 must show the Contractor’s ability to complete the Contract
in a satisfactory manner on projects of similar scope and complexity. References from
past clients and projects must be included and will be verified.
The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and services necessary to perform construction of HVAC modifications (Project A) and interior renovations (Project B) at Hull Middle School Buildings 4010 and 4011, located at 1950 Old Peachtree Road, Duluth, GA 30097. Construction may begin during the school year on weekends and during student breaks as approved by the Owner, with full access to the building beginning Thursday, May 27, 2027. All construction must be substantially complete by Friday, July 23, 2027.
