Resurfacing Tennis Courts at Lakeshore Park
Sealed RFPs will be received by the City of Dalton Finance Department located at 300 W. Waugh Street, Dalton, Georgia 30722 until, SEPTEMBER 16, 2026, AT 2PM for the furnishing of all materials, labor, tools, skill, equipment and incidentals unless noted otherwise for the construction of the project entitled: Resurfacing Tennis Courts at Lakeshore Park at which time and place the sealed RFPs will be opened but not read aloud. RFPs received after the designated time will not be considered.
The purpose of the project is to restore and enhance the court surfaces at the city's public tennis and pickleball facility. The project includes 10 courts of crack repair, surface preparation, resurfacing, striping and all related work necessary to deliver a safe, durable, and high-quality athletic facility. Contractor will be responsible for all labor and material necessary to complete project.
Submitting company shall inform themselves of and comply with all conditions and specifications contained in the RFP package, contract, related documents and State and Federal Law.
The RFP package, specifications, and contract documents for this project are open to public inspection at the City of Dalton Parks and Recreation Department located at 218 N. Fredrick St, Dalton, Georgia 30721. The Parks & Rec Department may be contacted by telephone at (706) 278-5404 or by mail at P.O. Box 661, Dalton, Georgia 30722.

No RFP may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving RFPs for a period of sixty (60) days.
