No submittal will be accepted by email. All submittals must be received during our normal office
hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. No bids may be withdrawn for a
period of ninety (90) days after bids have been opened.

The bidder is to supply open-top roll-off containers (20-yard, 30-yard, 40-yard), recycling containers (25-yard with optional divider), and storage containers (40-yard) for use throughout Augusta. The containers must meet detailed specifications including dimensions, materials, and features such as heavy-duty rear door hinges, tarp hooks, ANSI approved door latches, and greaseable wear points. Delivery must be within 60 days of receipt of purchase order. The contract is for one year with four one-year renewal options; prices must remain fixed for the first year, with possible escalation of no more than 3% per item upon request at least 60 days prior to renewal.
