No submittal will be accepted by email. All submittals must be received during our normal office
hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. No bids may be withdrawn for a
period of ninety (90) days after bids have been opened.
Bid documents may be obtained on the Augusta, Georgia web site under the Procurement

The contractor will provide pick-up, legal transportation, and disposal/recycling of electronic waste from the Augusta Deans Bridge Road Solid Waste Facility on an as-needed basis. The contractor must provide an enclosed recycling trailer, pick up e-waste within three working days of notification, and provide a disposal/tracking report within 45 days. The contractor must also provide a certificate of insurance and a certificate of destruction for all equipment destroyed. The contract is for one year with four one-year renewal options.
