Oconee County is seeking to identify a qualified design and construction team that offers the best combination of expertise and cost-effectiveness for the restoration of Oconee County's Heritage Park's current trail system, the (re)establishment of trails on new property, and providing all new trail wayfinding and interpretive signage. Please see Section II of the bid documents for a full scope of work.
A bid bond* in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount and a Consent of Surety must be included with your bid submission prior to the bid closing. The Consent of Surety shall state that upon award of agreement, a Performance and Payment bond of one hundred percent (100%) of the total agreement amount can be furnished. *Surety companies executing bonds must be authorized to transact business in the State of Georgia. Pursuant to Georgia law, no bids will be considered without an executed E-Verify affidavit. The successful bidder will be required to pay sales and use tax on materials purchased or used on this project.

Bidder's must register with BidNet Direct to respond to this RFP. All proposals will be received by the Finance Department electronically through BidNet Direct on or before 10:00 am on September 21, 2026. All submitted responses will be electronically stamped at the time and date when all documents are uploaded and received. Any proposals received after the established deadline will be deemed late and will not be considered. Physical proposals will not be accepted.
