pond areas to a consistently high standard, ensuring safe, attractive, and well-maintained grounds
through scheduled growing-season and off-season services. Monthly site inspections with the owner
will be conducted to review property conditions, address maintenance needs, and coordinate any
landscape improvements or service adjustments. The initial contract term shall be for one (1) year,
with the option to renew for up to two (2) additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement of the
County and the Contractor.

Proposals will be opened and read aloud at the 2nd Floor Conference Room, 240 Constitution Boulevard,
Dallas, Georgia 30132 on Monday, September 28, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. EST. Proposals received
after the designated time will not be considered. The OWNER of the project is the Paulding County
Board of Commissioners.
The approximate extent and character of the Work is generally described as follows:
