The contractor will provide all labor, tools, equipment, and products necessary to perform turf maintenance on approximately 76 acres of Bermuda turf at nine parks plus two small headquarters lawns. Responsibilities include no less than 6 sprays per year consisting of pre-emergent, weed control, and fertilizer applications using specified products and rates, plus spot treatment for escape weeds. The County will handle mowing and watering. The contractor must hold a Pesticide Contractor License and a Commercial Applicator License (Category 24).
