General Notice
Lincoln County, Georgia (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
GOLDMAN JOHNSON ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
2025-0072 (PI-0017608)
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 210
Humphrey Street, Lincolnton, Georgia, 30817, until October 15th, 2026 at 2.00 pm local time. At that
time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:

Prospective Bidders are required to register as a plan holder and obtain electronic copies of bid
documents through Cranston LLC. Cranston LLC will issue addendum, lists of registered plan holders,
reports, and other information relevant to the submitting of the Bid for the project. Neither owner nor
Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any,
obtained from sources other than Cranston LLC.
Pre-bid Conference
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on September 29th, 2026 at 1:00 pm at the Lincoln
County Community Development Office located at 107 Perryman Avenue, Lincolnton, Georgia, 30817.
