Enclosed is an Invitation of Bid (1TB) packet, which outlines the services being solicited, and instructions, describing the submission of the Statement of Qualifications (sometimes referred to herein as "statement(s)" or "bid(s)"). This cover letter is not a part of the Bid Documents and information herein is for reference only. All Bids should be delivered to the Board of Education (BOE) at, 200 Bradwell Street, Hinesville, Georgia 31313. The advertising dates for this RFP 2027-02 are September 9, 2026, through October 9th, 2026. Bids will be accepted prior to 10:00 AM. on , October 9th 2026, at which time they will be entered into a register.
Bids received after the time and date for submittal stipulated in the 1TB will not be opened or considered and will be returned to the Offerer unopened. The time stamp at the BOE shall determine the time of receipt. Offerers are responsible for ensuring that their Bids are stamped by BOE personnel before the deadline indicated.

The work includes demolition of the existing boiler and all associated pipe, gas train, and controls; removal of the existing 14" flue to a point 1 foot below structure; installation of a new condensing boiler on an equipment pad; extension and connection of 3" HWS/HWR to the boiler from the 4" HWS/HWR main; installation of new gas piping, flue, boiler chemical feed, carbon monoxide detector, emergency stop, and BMS BACnet controls gateway; provision of two new hot water pumps; and all associated electrical modifications including a new panel LK2 and wiring to the new boilers.
