Sealed Bids will be received from bidders by the Gwinnett County Board of Education,
53 Gwinnett Drive, Lawrenceville, GA 30046, Bldg. "C" Conference Room: The
furnishing of all labor, materials, and services necessary to perform the construction of
the following projects: DACULA HIGH SCHOOL HVAC MODIFICATIONS
BUILDING 5013, 123 BROAD STREET, DACULA, GA 30019 until Thursday,
October 15, 2026, 3:00 p.m. Bids will be opened publicly and will be read aloud at the
time and place stated above. Fax transmittals and E-mails of Bid Proposal Form shall
not be accepted by the Owner. Bids received after the above time is called will not be
accepted. No phones will be available.
All bidders must submit AIA Document A305-2020 Contractor’s Qualifications
Statement to be evaluated by the Owner and Architect prior to being issued plans and
specifications. Bidders who do not submit the A305 Statement will be subject to
disqualification. The A305 must show the Contractor’s ability to complete the Contract
in a satisfactory manner on projects of similar scope and complexity. References from
past clients and projects must be included and will be verified. General Contractor’s
main office where work for this project will be completed shall be a permanent office
located in the state of Georgia within a seventy-five (75) mile radius of the project site.
This office shall have been in existence for no less than ten (10) years.
Bidding documents must be obtained from the office of Lindsay Pope Brayfield &
Assocs., Inc., Architects, 344 West Pike Street, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046.
The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and services necessary to perform the construction of HVAC modifications at Dacula High School, Building 5013, 123 Broad Street, Dacula, GA 30019. The contractor shall mobilize within ten days of Notice to Proceed, with full access to the building beginning Thursday, May 27, 2027, and all construction must be substantially complete by Friday, July 23, 2027.
