Henry County is accepting proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional engineering services for the evaluation, design, permitting, and preparation of construction documents for the Gardner Road Bridge Improvement Project. The project consists of evaluating the existing hydraulic, structural, and roadway conditions at the Gardner Road stream crossing and developing engineering recommendations for replacing the existing culvert crossing with a bridge structure. The project is intended to improve roadway resiliency, increase hydraulic capacity, reduce flooding potential, enhance public safety, and provide a long-term transportation solution. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid.
RFQs will be accepted until 3:00 PM local time on November 19, 2026. Late RFQs will not be considered nor returned. RFQs submitted by mail, common carrier or delivered in person will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, located at 140 Henry Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253. Electronic RFQs are to be submitted through the Countys eProcurement Portal at (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga). Emailed or faxed RFQs will not be considered
RFQs may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all RFQs and to waive any technicalities.
