Plumbing Services - Annual Contract
Henry County is accepting proposals from qualified vendors for Plumbing Services - Annual Contract. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid.
RFP's will be accepted until 3:00 PM local time on October 21, 2026. Late RFP's will not be considered nor returned. RFP's submitted by mail, common carrier or delivered in person will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, located at 140 Henry Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253. Electronic RFP's are to be submitted through the County's eProcurement Portal at (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga). Emailed or faxed RFP's will not be considered
RFP's may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all RFP's and to waive any technicalities.

Deadline for requests for clarifications and questions. Any possible exceptions to
the bid specifications and/or terms and conditions should be addressed during
this phase. These requests will be answered in an addendum and must be submitted
through the County’s eProcurement Portal at:

Sealed proposals will be accepted until the due date and time. Any late submittals
received will not be considered. Submittals may be delivered by mail, common
carrier, or in person to Henry County Purchasing Department, 140 Henry Parkway,
McDonough, GA 30253.
Services include troubleshooting, testing, inspection, and correction of plumbing systems; small to large plumbing projects for water supply, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and gas piping; installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of fixtures such as toilets, urinals, sinks, faucets, water heaters, pumps, boilers, and backflow preventers; repair and installation of piping systems (copper, PVC, CPVC, cast iron, galvanized steel, PEX, HDPE, ductile iron); leak detection and repair; clearing stoppages; inspection and certification of backflow prevention assemblies; underground water and sewer service work including excavation and restoration; emergency plumbing services; winterization and de-winterization; and maintenance of plumbing systems in administrative buildings, courthouses, detention facilities, parks, senior centers, and other County-owned properties.
