The Contractor shall provide once-per-week automated curbside collection of residential household garbage from all Residential Units in the City, using 95-gallon carts. Recyclable materials shall be collected once per week on the same day, using 64- or 65-gallon carts. The Contractor shall also provide scheduled collection of up to two bulky-waste items per unit per week, optional on-call yard-waste service, and additional services including dumpster service for up to three City facilities, one annual metal or electronics recycling event, and one City-sponsored special event per contract year. The Contractor must equip all collection vehicles with GPS and video cameras, provide a customer-facing mobile app or web map, maintain detailed service records, and support service transition through resident education and public meetings.
