The selected consultant will be responsible for project management and coordination with FHWA; outreach and engagement activities including public meetings; existing conditions analysis including system inventory and GIS mapping; multimodal and streetscape plan development including bike-pedestrian study, feasibility study, and identification of corridor improvement options; policy development including a Complete Streets policy and Traffic Calming policy update; conceptual design to 30% completion with cost estimates; and final plans, policies, and designs.
