SEPARATE SEALED BIDS for custodial services will be received by the Cobb County-Marietta Water
Authority at 1170 Atlanta Industrial Drive, Marietta, Georgia, 30066 prior to 2:00 p.m. local time,
November 5, 2026, for the Project known as:

Custodial Services for Quarles & Wyckoff Treatment Divisions
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on November 5, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Bids received after the
designated time for receival of bids will not be considered. Unsealed Bids, including facsimile Bids or Bids
sent by e-mail, will not be considered. The Owner of the project is Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority.
Bidders shall inform themselves concerning Georgia Laws and comply with same.
The bid is for custodial services at the Quarles Treatment Division, 4402 Lower Roswell Road, Marietta, GA
30067, and the Wyckoff Treatment Division, 3728 Mars Hill Road NW, Acworth, GA 30101. Each division
consists of a treatment plant complex and an intake and pumping station complex for a combined total of
four (4) locations. This will be awarded in one Contract.
Facility Tours Two (2) facility tours will take place: Quarles Treatment Division on October 26, 2026,
from 1:00 – 3:00 PM, and Wyckoff Treatment Division on October 27,2026, from 1:00 – 3:00 PM. There
will be no additional tours permitted; these are the only times when facility tours will be offered.
All questions related to the Project shall be submitted by email no later than 5:00 p.m., local time, October
27, 2026, to Lisa Rodriguez, CCMWA Procurement Coordinator, at procurement@ccmwa.org. Questions,
if answered, will be addressed by addendum to the Contract Documents.
