Exterior structural cleaning involves washing the building's gray metal panels and stone wash on the north and south sides, with the vendor required to push back any loose black caulking between panels. The vendor must provide a boom lift and swingstage rental. Regular work hours are 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, with possible weekend work for lobby areas.
