The contractor will manufacture and supply steel frames for air filters and media materials, change media materials 5 times a year, provide inspection reports after each service, remove all used media and debris, and repair any damages. The contractor must use approved polyester anti-microbial filter media rated at MERV 9, with minimum efficiencies of 20% to 30% dust spot and 90% to 98% arrestance. All frame material shall be 24-gauge steel custom-made to fit each unit. The contractor is responsible for all vehicles, materials, supplies, tools, labor, and equipment, and must store all materials off-site.
