College Park Drive, Douglas, GA. Drawings should be requested from Andrews, Hammock & Powell, Inc., by contacting Jake Andrews via email (JAndrews@ahpengr.com) or by phone (478-405-8301). There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid conference on September 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the 2nd floor conference room of Richey Hall on the Douglas campus. Bid opening will be in the 2nd floor conference room of Richey Hall on October 6, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. All bids must be on the table in the Richey Hall 2nd Conference Room by 10:00 a.m. on 10-6-2026.

College, Douglas, GA . Bids must be physically on the table in the Bid Room by
Atlanta, Georgia Tuesday, October 6, 2026 , for the construction of

located in Douglas , Georgia. At the time and place noted above, the bids will be publicly opened and announced.
Bidding Documents may be obtained at the office of the Design Professional, Andrews, Hammock, & Powell, Inc. , Phone:

Bidders are cautioned that acquisition of Bidding Documents through any source other than the office of the Design Professional is
not advisable. Acquisition of Bidding Documents from unauthorized sources places the bidder at risk of receiving incomplete or
inaccurate information upon which to base a bid.
There will be a pre-bid conference held on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 , at 10:00 AM at
SGSC Richey Hall, 2nd Floor Conference Room 226, 100 W. College Park Dr., Douglas, GA . . Attendance at this
conference is MANDATORY for any Contractor intending to bid on this project. Others may attend if they so desire.
Interested firms are required to meet state licensure requirements and document minimum experience requirements with
construction as indicated in the documents. These requirements are specified in Section 01 4000 – Quality Requirements.
A copy of this section is available upon request.
