The awarded Bidder will be responsible for all fees and permit costs associated with the project. The bidder must demonstrate full knowledge and understanding of the specifications and requirements for the Playgrounds. Bidders are asked to provide a timetable for job completion and provide a client list of previous completed projects. The City will award the bid to the lowest most responsible bidder that best meets all of the City's requirements. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

The City of Perry is seeking bids from qualified playground equipment vendors to furnish,
deliver, and professionally install five (5) commercial-grade playground structures at the
following existing City parks:
• Oldfield Park
• A.D. Redmond Park
• Woodland Park
• Willie T. Williams Park
• Barbara Calhoun Park
One (1) structure shall be installed at each park.
The City of Perry is seeking bids from qualified playground equipment vendors to furnish, deliver, and professionally install five (5) commercial-grade playground structures at Oldfield Park, A.D. Redmond Park, Woodland Park, Willie T. Williams Park, and Barbara Calhoun Park. One structure shall be installed at each park. The scope is limited to the playground structure and all labor, equipment, hardware, anchoring, footings, and incidental materials necessary for a complete installation. Each proposed structure shall be designed for children ages 2–12, have an approximate capacity of 24–28 children, a maximum fall height of approximately 48 inches, include a combination of traditional playground features, include at least one component suitable for children with disabilities, and have a color scheme of burgundy and tan with black structural poles.
