During the period for which a person/firm has been debarred or suspended, or placed on the Gwinnett County ineligible source list, that person/firm shall not submit or cause to be submitted offers, quotes, bids, or proposals, etc. to Gwinnett County, even when automatically or electronically distributed a notification or notified of a solicitation request. Submittals from firms currently on the Gwinnett County ineligible source list will not be considered.
The work consists of all labor, material, and equipment to complete the removal, disposal, and replacement of existing synthetic turf fields, as well as associated items such as stone base work, laser grading, infill, and installation of goal systems and other field components, on an on-demand basis. The County currently maintains eighteen synthetic turf multi-purpose fields and anticipates replacing multiple fields per year. Work will be procured on an as-needed basis with no minimum or maximum guaranteed.
