City of Hoschton, Georgia 2026 LMIG Roadway Improvements on New Street, East Broad Street, Oak Street, Joshua Way, Fawn Court, Josh Pirkle Road, and Hawthorne Way Alley.
Bids will be received at City of Hoschton, City Hall, 61 City Square, Hoschton Georgia, 30548 until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2026. The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements:
Approximately 480 Tons of 9.5 mm Asphalt Superpave, 286 Tons of Asphalt Patching, 4,300 SY of 12-inch Soil-Cement Stabilization (CSRB), 430 SY of 6-inch Graded Aggregate Base Course, 98 CY of Class B Concrete Base and Pavement Widening, 120 CY of Foundational Backfill Material, 340 LF of Header Curb, 30 LF of 24-inch RCP Storm Drain, 524 LF of 18-inch RCP Storm Drain, 35 LF of 15-inch RCP Storm Drain, 30 Drainage Structures, 3,200 LF of 5-inch White Thermoplastic Pavement Striping, 10,200 LF of 5-inch Yellow Thermoplastic Pavement Striping, 60 LF of 24-inch Thermoplastic Pavement Striping, Signage, Adjusting Structures to Grade, Shoulder Reconstruction, Traffic and Erosion Control Measures. Time of completion for all work associated with this project shall be ninety (90) consecutive calendar days from the date of a written "Notice to Proceed" from OWNER. A Bid Bond will be required with proposal submission.

2026 LMIG Roadway Improvements
for the
City of Hoschton, Georgia
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Hoschton, Georgia (OWNER), for furnishing all materials, labor,
tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary for the construction of Roadway
Improvements on New Street, East Broad Street, Oak Street, Joshua Way, Fawn Court, Josh Pirkle Road, and
Hawthorne Way Alley in Hoschton, Georgia.
Questions will be received until 5:00 pm on Thursday, July 30, 2026. Clarifications will be provided in
Addendum 1.
Bids will be received by the City of Hoschton at Hoschton City Hall, 61 City Square, Hoschton Georgia,
30548, until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2026. Any bid received after said time and date of bid opening
will not be considered by OWNER. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at this time and location.
All bids will be evaluated by OWNER and the project will be awarded, if it is awarded, within sixty (60) days
of the bid opening. If a bidder is not selected within sixty (60) days of the bid opening, any bidder that is
determined by the OWNER to be unlikely of being selected for contract award shall be released from their
bid.
The award of this bid proposal, if awarded, shall be based on several criteria, including prices bid, experience
in the work proposed, and references. Refer to Article 14 of Section 00100 for criteria and award method.
