The City of McDonough is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified Design-Build Teams to provide comprehensive preconstruction, architectural, engineering, and construction services for the phased renovation of the City's future City Hall located at 235 Keys Ferry Court, McDonough, Georgia. The Project includes development of a building-wide master plan and phased renovation of the facility, including executive offices, administrative space, Finance Department, Communications Production Room, Mayor and Council Chambers, technology infrastructure, security systems, audio-visual systems, and related improvements. A mandatory pre-proposal site visit will be held as identified in the solicitation. Interested firms should carefully review all solicitation documents prior to submitting a proposal.

Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the City of McDonough Code of Ordinances, the
City of McDonough Procurement Policies, and all other applicable federal and state laws,
the City of McDonough, Georgia (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), through its
Community and Economic Development Department, is soliciting sealed proposals from
qualified firms for the services described herein.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Proposals shall be received by the City no later than August 14, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern
Standard Time.
SUBMISSION FORMAT AND COPIES
Proposals shall submit:
 One (1) SEALED original hard copy of the proposal, clearly marked
“ORIGINAL”
 One (1) electronic copy of the complete proposal in PDF format on a USB
drive
The original hard copy shall govern in the event of any discrepancies between the hard
copy and the electronic (USB) copy.
Note: Any proposal submitted in any other format (email, fax, etc.) will not be accepted
for any reason.
