The successful Design/Builder will design and construct the William Walker Aquatic Center in accordance with the RFP, Design Criteria Package, technical requirements, exhibits, appendices, site survey and specifications. The proposal includes a lump sum for design-build with warranty, a conceptual submittal with narrative, renderings, color scheme, fixtures and up to ten color sketches for the facility, lobby, meeting rooms, aquatic area, site plan and floor plans, and a sustainability program to achieve at minimum LEED Silver.
