The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Watershed Management (DWM), will shortly undergo a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process comprised of a prequalification phase as the initial step, followed by an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the procurement of an Inspection Truck Data Storage & Integration System to support sanitary sewer and stormwater inspection operations throughout the City of Atlanta. The selected vendor will provide technology to support the processing, review, management, and long-term storage of inspection footage and associated data generated through the City's inspection operations. The system will support sanitary sewer mains and manholes, stormwater structures, and associated appurtenances and will be required to process and maintain inspection information in accordance with applicable NASSCO standards.
The solution will include AI assisted condition assessment capabilities, cloud-based data storage, compatibility with the City's Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Asset Management Systems (AMS), and the ability to support inspection videos, metadata, reporting, and other associated data. The solution must also support business continuity, disaster recovery, and long-term data retention requirements. Interested vendors during the prequalification phase will be evaluated on technical capability, relevant experience, NASSCO qualifications, system compatibility, data management and storage capabilities, quality control, and readiness to meet the City's operational requirements.
A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be noticed and held to provide additional information regarding the upcoming solicitation and to address questions from interested vendors. Hope to see you there.
