The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, tools, and incidentals necessary to perform court maintenance and repair services on an as-needed basis. Services include preventative maintenance (surface cleaning, court inspections, crack monitoring, net and equipment inspections), repair services (crack repair, acrylic patching, surface repairs, net/post/hardware replacement, concrete edge repairs, drainage repairs), resurfacing services (court preparation, crack treatment, acrylic resurfacing, line repainting, color coating, surface restoration), and on-call rehabilitation services (structural crack repairs, court reconstruction, asphalt/concrete repairs, drainage improvements, court accessory replacement). The contractor must also perform clay-to-hard-court conversions of selected tennis courts.
