GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RFQ 27050-A: Kiwanis Park Field #7 Fencing, Dugout & Backstop
The work includes installing 10-foot and 8-foot fencing around the baseball field, including top, middle, and bottom rails, terminal and line posts with concrete footings, gates (single swing and double swing), and tie wire. It also includes installing a 30-foot tall backstop with a 6-foot overhang, including fabric, rails, posts, and concrete footings. Additionally, the work includes removing and disposing of all dugout roof materials and fencing, and installing new fencing and dugout roofs on both the 1st base and 3rd base sides. The contractor is responsible for all labor, equipment, materials, permits, utility locates, cleanup, and repair of any damages. All work must be completed between November 15, 2026, and February 1, 2027.
