GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RFQ #27037-A: FY27 Roadside Tree Pruning
The project involves pruning and trimming of overhanging tree limbs along Antioch Road, Westbridge Road, Lees Mill Road, Sourwood Trail, McElroy Road, Helmer Road, and Jenkins Road, and removal of all trees in the right-of-way on Jenkins Road. The Contractor must provide all necessary equipment, personnel, materials, and traffic control. Limbs will be trimmed to a maximum height of 70 feet above the roadway surface. All small trees (0-6 inches in diameter) from the edge of the pavement to the county right-of-way boundary must be cut down and removed. Tree debris must be cleaned up and removed within 72 hours of cutting. The County requires the Contractor to use a Giraffe Tree Trimmer (or similar machine) that can extend to cut limbs at 70'.
