The Strategic Plan will serve as a guiding document for City leadership, staff, elected officials, community partners, residents, and stakeholders as Douglasville continues to grow and evolve.
The consultant shall provide professional planning, facilitation, research, analysis, community engagement, organizational strategy, and implementation planning services. Services include project management and kickoff, review of existing plans and documents, internal staff engagement, steering committee development and facilitation, public and stakeholder engagement, development of an implementation plan, a performance measures and accountability framework, and preparation of draft and final strategic plan documents.
