- Project Overview
The City of Dunwoody is initiating a citywide project to replace existing ADA (Americans with
Disabilities Act) compliant handicap ramps that are damaged, deteriorated, or no longer meet
current accessibility standards. This project aims to ensure safe and accessible pedestrian routes
throughout the City, particularly at sidewalk intersections and key pedestrian corridors.
Construction activities will include but are not limited to: traffic control; removal and disposal of
damaged sidewalks, curb, and gutter; forming, placing, and finishing of concrete; protection of
completed work from vandalism or damage; and final site clean-up/restoration.
All unit prices shall be inclusive of all costs necessary to complete the work, including labor,
materials, equipment, tools, traffic control, disposal, hauling, and mobilization. Where no pay
item is given, work to be paid for under other items.
Work will be performed at various locations throughout the City of Dunwoody, as directed by the
City.
Quotes should be typed or submitted in ink and returned in a sealed container marked on the
outside with the IWQ number and Company Name. Quotes will be received until 2:00 P.M. local
time on Monday August 03, 2026, at the City of Dunwoody, 4800 Ashford Dunwoody Road
Dunwoody, GA 30338. Quotes may also be sent via email to purchasing@dunwoodyga.gov
Any quote received after this date and time will not be accepted.
