The contractor will provide lifeguard supervision, pool management, water quality maintenance, cleaning, and program management for four aquatic facilities: Oakhurst Indoor Pool, Glenlake Pool, McKoy Pool, and Ebster Pool. Responsibilities include staffing lifeguards and front desk attendants, maintaining water chemistry, cleaning pools and facilities, managing programs such as swim lessons and water aerobics, and coordinating health inspections. The contractor must provide all cleaning supplies, first aid supplies, water testing kits, and rescue equipment, while the City provides AEDs, pool vacuums, furniture, and janitorial supplies. The contract includes a tiered service failure credit system and annual performance evaluations.
