The contractor will perform pre-season maintenance for outdoor pools (Ebster, Glenlake, McKoy) including inspecting pool and plumbing, cleaning pump rooms, reinstalling hardware, starting filtration systems, balancing chemicals, and passing health inspections. Post-season maintenance includes winterizing equipment, draining filters, and placing pool covers. For the Oakhurst Indoor Pool, the contractor will conduct annual inspections in June and quarterly inspections in March, September, and December (starting April 2027). The contractor will also perform minor repairs, maintain water quality standards, and provide quarterly reports to the City.
