Potential respondents should have demonstrated expertise in fire service deployment analysis, GIS modeling, and community risk assessments for municipal fire departments, and are asked to prepare a proposal including firm qualifications, project understanding, proposed methodology, project schedule, project team, references, and all fees relevant to performing the work. The City reserves the right to award a contract to the firm whose proposal and any resulting negotiations are deemed to be in the best interests of the City. Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, in the City Manager's Office, Decatur City Hall, 509 North McDonough Street, Decatur, Georgia 30030, addressed to the attention of Toni Washington, Fire Chief.
