The Columbia County School District (CCSD) is accepting sealed bids as specified in
the attached Invitation For Proposals documents (RFP). Proposals will be received
at the office of Hudson E. Chandler, Purchasing Supervisor, Columbia County
School District, Business Department, 4781 Hereford Farm Road, Evans, GA 30809.

Any proposal received later than the specified date and time, whether delivered in
person or mailed, shall be disqualified.
The CCSD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept any deemed
most advantageous to the CCSD and to waive any informalities in the request.

EXECUTION
In compliance with this Request and subject to all the terms and conditions herein, the undersigned offers and agrees to
furnish all products, materials, equipment, and labor necessary to perform to the attached specification, at the price and
within the time specified herein.
The initial engagement is to provide design management and construction management oversight for the Greenbrier High School Additions and Renovations project, with the awarded firm assuming progress already made. Duties span pre-design/planning (developing project goals, milestones, budgets, negotiating design team agreements), planning and design (directing the design team, coordinating meetings, constructability and value engineering reviews, cost estimates), and construction procurement (providing schedules, recommending construction professionals, implementing value engineering, and awarding work upon CCSD approval). Additional services may be requested by CCSD subject to mutual agreement on scope and pricing.
