The selected vendor will deliver an end-to-end, adaptable digital reading platform featuring robust eBook and audiobook licensing, automated MARC record integration, and advanced digital resource management for the CCPS Media Services Department. The platform must support browsing, single-click borrowing, online/offline reading, progress syncing across devices, and native application support (iOS, Android, Chromebook). It must integrate with CCPS's Student Information System via OneRoster API or automated file transfers and support Single Sign-On (SSO) such as ClassLink, Clever, or SAML 2.0. The vendor must provide a comprehensive Implementation and Onboarding Plan, professional development and training, and comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and Section 508 standards.
