place.
The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, tools, and incidentals for the complete and satisfactory replacement of the 900 HP US Vertical motor. This includes travel to the site, unwiring the 4160V existing motor, uncoupling the motor from the pump, pulling the existing motor, delivering it to an authorized repair shop, disassembling, cleaning, and baking the stator, priming and coating the motor, providing and installing bearings (29338 EJ Bearing, 6226 J Bearing, bearing locknut and lock washer, bearing oil), cleaning and stacking the motor, dynamically balancing the rotating assembly, assembling, painting, and crating the motor for shipping, delivering the rehabbed motor to a storage area, providing a new 900 HP motor, crane and rigging for installation, wiring the new motor, checking rotation, setting the lift, coupling the motor to the existing pump, and verifying operation of the motor and pump.
