This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify one (1) development entity partner to assist the City in implementing six (6) new construction homeownership housing units that benefit low-income households within the City of Statesboro.
The selected development partner will be responsible for development planning and coordination for six new single-family homes; site development coordination; construction management and oversight; coordination with housing counseling providers, lenders, and real estate professionals; compliance with DCA CHIP, HOME Program, Fair Housing, Equal Opportunity, Section 3, environmental, accessibility, MBE/WBE requirements, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws; coordination of permitting, inspections, certifications, reporting, and project closeout; maintenance of project records; and participation in project meetings with the City, Coastal Regional Commission, DCA, and other stakeholders.
