Construction of Gwinnett County Fire Station #2
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified
contractors for the Construction of Gwinnett County Fire Station #2. Sealed bids will be received by the
Gwinnett County Purchasing Division, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046 until 2:50 P.M. local
time on October 6, 2026 and then publicly opened and read aloud at 3:00 P.M. The bid opening will be held
VIRTUALLY ONLY. To access the bid opening, use the following link

envelope should be marked on the outside with Bid Number, name of Bidder, date and time of opening. One
unbound original and two (2) copies should be submitted.
The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the development of a new 3-bay fire station on
Rockbridge Road in Lilburn, GA, which will replace the current Fire Station #2.
When applicable, the County shall obtain all rights of way and easements required for the project unless
otherwise specified.
