The Randolph County School System is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced playgroundmanufacturers, designers, vendors, contractors, or authorized representatives to provide the design, furnishing, delivery, site preparation, installation, safety surfacing, inspection, and completion of anew elementary school playground.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to obtain a safe, durable, age-appropriate, accessible, inclusive, and engaging playground
that supports the physical, social, emotional, and developmentalneeds of elementary school students.
The successful proposer shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, permits, services, and incidental items
necessary to complete the project in accordance with therequirements of this RFP.
All work shall be completed in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, codes, standards, and requirements, including applicable playground safety and accessibilityrequirements.

The successful proposer shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, permits, services, and incidental items necessary to complete the project. The proposed price shall include all costs associated with providing a complete and operational playground, including playground design and layout, playground equipment, freight and delivery, site preparation, grading and drainage, installation and assembly, protective playground surfacing, accessible routes and accessible play features, borders, curbing, or containment systems, labor and supervision, permits, inspections, and applicable fees, project management, final safety inspection, warranty documentation, cleanup and removal of construction debris, and all other materials, labor, equipment, and services necessary for a complete and operational playground. All work shall be completed in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, codes, standards, and requirements, including applicable playground safety and accessibility requirements.
