This request is to provide interested contractors with sufficient information to enable them to submit a uniform proposal for review by Bulloch County Schools. See attached Request for Proposal (RFP) and Attachment#1-Preferred Products Sheet.
The contractor shall conduct a thorough lighting audit of all interior and exterior lighting, provide engineering, design, materials, equipment, labor, disposal, freight and warranties for a turnkey LED upgrade using preferred products or comparable top-tier alternates, install wireless dimming in classrooms, offices and conference rooms, work after hours, on weekends or holidays, maintain a written inventory of retrofitted systems, apply for rebates on behalf of the schools, and complete the work to Substantial and Final Completion with warranties.
