The solicitation covers legal services for the school district, including areas such as labor and employment matters, litigation and hearings, and other legal proceedings. Offerors may propose for some or all service areas. The work may be performed remotely, but in-person attendance is required for Board meetings, executive sessions, hearings, and other events as requested.

Most Georgia work asks for the two below, and the solicitation documents are where it’s stated. One prequalification covers both — on this bid and the next.
A surety’s written statement that it expects to bond you up to a stated amount, subject to final underwriting. It’s what a GC or agency asks to see before they take your bid seriously.
