The vendor shall be responsible for the design, development, configuration, and deployment of a new inventory tracking platform. The scope includes migration of all existing data from the Sunflower system, implementation of real-time tracking for all government assets and supplies, integration with existing financial and procurement systems where applicable, and provision of training for administrators and end-users. The system must support compliance with federal regulations for contractor acquired and government furnished property, manage every asset from acquisition to disposal, support RFID/barcoding, comply with DOD IUID requirements, and interface with Oracle, Workday, Deltek, and PIEE.
