Georgia Institute of Technology Office of Planning, Design & Construction is soliciting Qualifications Packages from highly qualified Construction Management firms ("Consultant') who not only specialize in CM at Risk Projects but are also highly proficient Cost Managers to provide services under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (Solicitation/ Contract No. 1068-27) in Atlanta, Georgia. Construction Manager Cost Management Services include primarily, but are not limited to, providing specialized cost management services, including developing planning estimates, cost models, program estimates, design estimates, detailed itemized estimates, estimate reviews, scope/budget reviews, value engineering studies, CM/Contractor cost reconciliation and change order cost evaluations on one or more categories of projects noted under Section II - Category of Work of the RFQP. Respondents who are determined especially qualified may be shortlisted and invited to interview. Interested firms must attend the virtual MANDATORY Pre-Qualification Meeting.
