The City of Fort Worth seeks proposals to finalize an Agreement for conservation plumbing fixtures for the Water Department on an "as needed" basis.
The City seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide residential plumbing fixtures, plumbing parts, and education-related services in support of the City's Water Conservation Programs, including SmartFlush Voucher, SmartFlush Commercial, SmartFlush CARE, SmartRepair, SmartPressure, SmartIrrigation and other Water Conservation services. The contractor must be able to store items at its warehouse facility with City-designated personnel, vendors, and customers picking up items on an as-needed basis; conduct water conservation outreach activities; provide water-efficient toilets, showerheads, and associated parts; arrange delivery of quantities of ten or more toilets to program participants; provide a minimum of one Fort Worth location for pickup of fewer than ten toilets; and provide replacement parts for the duration of the manufacturer's warranty.

Most Texas work asks for the two below, and the solicitation documents are where it’s stated. Apply straight through for it — or prequalify once and skip the application on both.
A surety’s written statement that it expects to bond you up to a stated amount, subject to final underwriting. It’s what a GC or agency asks to see before they take your bid seriously.
