For an Aluminum Screened Room Installation. The Contractor will provide all equipment, dumpster, supplies, labor and materials to install a new 30’ x 60’ screened patio and insulated roof with three (3), 42” x 80” (3’-6” x 6’-8”) heavy duty screen doors, on the existing concrete slab adjacent to the Dining Room. The people to be served under the Agreement, approximately 145-150 FDVA residents living in the state veterans assisted living facility, who are honorably discharged veterans in need of assistance with activities of daily living.
